Refund Policy

Scope
This policy applies to paid OTP Helper access. Free use and public setup guides are not refundable because no payment is charged for them.
When a refund is available
- the paid service was unavailable because of our fault for more than 48 consecutive hours and no compensating extension was provided;
- a duplicate or otherwise erroneous payment was charged;
- you cancelled before service delivery began where mandatory consumer law provides that right.
How to request
Email official@otphelper.com from the address used for the OTP Helper account. Include the payment date, amount and the reason for the request. Never send card details, passwords, OTPs or private connection links.
Review and payment
We may verify the payment with YooKassa and normally respond within ten calendar days. An approved refund is sent through the original payment method; bank processing time may apply. Mandatory consumer rights prevail over this policy.
